LikedConvenient location and a bigger room than I had normally experienced in New York City Had no problems with waiting for lifts, 2 mins max, as others had said might be an issue.
DislikedI was kept waiting for an hour after 3pm check in time as the room wasn’t ready. I think just a problem on that day! Rooms need refurb but was ok to put your head down. Could do with a room fridge

DislikedThe room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom wasn't functioning and was making a noise all night. The check-in process was not pleasant at all.

LikedNo breakfast. Or at least we weren’t told about breakfast or even coffee
DislikedNo coffee offered. Or we weren’t told there was coffee. The coffee pots in the room don’t make good coffee

DislikedThe front desk area is very chaotic -- people don't form a single line, and there is no directions about where to wait. There is a staff member walking around -- but just to sell packages to guests, not provide instructions, despite seeing the chaos.

DislikedI was terribly disappointed that the roof top bad was closed on Tuesdays but i was not made aware that it was closed until i checked in im terribly frustrated that i picked and paid for a king bed room and they down graded me to 2 twins for a birthday
