LikedThe location and the friendly staff members
DislikedI was granted a late check out before 1pm but the house keeping team has been knocking on my door since 11.45am and 12.30 noon though I'd told them I would check out before 1pm - lack of communication between the parties involved that caused unnecessary disturbance.

LikedGreat beds.
DislikedPool had too many people in it Saturday. A hot tub would help solve the problem. Plus the air in the pool and changing room was very cold.
