DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown

LikedThe vicinity to where we needed to do business. The room was clean, sheets were sparkling white and smelt good. I liked that a lot. I liked the kitchen space in the room, which allowed us to warm meals and store a few things in the fridge. The lobby area was also clean and smelt fresh. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, i liked the freshly baked choc chip given at check-in. I appreciated the workstation in the lobby, though it's in a busy section by the lifts, I still appreciate the idea, it was useful for me and my daughter to do our work.

DislikedThe bed was not so comfortable for me. The remote in our bedroom didn't work, so we shared the remote between the lounge and our bedroom... I am not sure to what extent the hotel is affiliated with the restaurant, but that breakfast buffet for $32 is not it!! Far less choices, and what's available is not of a great standard, so that was disappointing.

LikedStaff was incredibly kind and helpful, hotel placed conveniently between two branches of the Subway 1 Line. Near a large shopping center as well.

DislikedOnsite parking was expensive, however convenient for the money.

LikedThe staff are always so helpful and friendly , the outside and inside is illuminated and nicely decorated . Multiple elevators . Restaurant / par on site as well as pool , hot tub and underground paid parking

DislikedThe bathroom could have been a little cleaner - but it was an incredibly busy weekend & still clean !
