Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

LikedThe location it’s great, exactly in Times Square, has a parking right across the street.

DislikedIt’s pretty old but it’s decent, we had everything we needed.

Dislikedthe need to speak to house keeping more than once to request water and coffee for the room.

LikedThe staff was amazing. They were the high point. The location was amazing. We went to 2 Broadway shows and were half a block from each theatre. The price compared to other hotels with this type of access to Times Square and Broadway shows was great.

DislikedWe did not take any of the upgrades that they offered so I have to assume we got the bottom of the barrel. The tattered curtains, the cobwebs, the bathtub floor, the yellowing corners, the puckering paint (just to name a few examples) were all tough to swallow.

LikedMuy stay at Millrmium time square hotel in New York was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and elegantly furnished, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip 😍😍

DislikedThe room wasn’t clean, there was dirty socks on the floor, hair on the bed, an opened turkey left over in the fridge, the tv didn’t work at all, they sent an engineer on the second day, he was very kind and helpful, tried to do his best but unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix the tv problem.
