LikedComfortable rooms, clean, extremely nice stuff, except for 1 person. All other stuff was really there for us for all kinds of requests and questions and made us feel special. Great location for sightseeing, close to major public transport, tasty breakfast, good coffee
DislikedBlond lady with eyeglasses that worked afternoons on the reception was very rude as she was busy and yelled at as that she is busy when trying to just leave the key. Breakfast might be richer for some fresh vegetables as there are none

LikedRoom was small but comfortable. Comfortable bed, but as with most London hotels, very thin walls meaning you hear next door's everything. We really liked the different spaces in the reception area and used the bar/ cafe area - this is a great space to have when you're travelling as a group and not sharing a room. The breakfast was also good with decent variety. Reception staff were excellent, polite and friendly and were able to help with a change to my booking. Angel tube station is just round the corner making travel to and from the hotel easy, and the area has plenty of amenities nearby.
DislikedThough the bedroom itself was clean, the bathroom was in need of bleaching. There was mould growing between the tiles in the bathroom, the movable shower head was covered in grime, and under the rim of the toilet was very dirty. This was an expensive stay.

Liked1. Comfortable bed and pillows made for a restful sleep. 2. Clean and well-equipped bathroom with good shower gel and shampoo provided. 3. Friendly staff and efficient cleaning service. 4. Delicious welcome biscuits upon arrival. 5. Good restaurant with hot food, though some improvements needed in tea cup cleanliness.
Disliked1. Small room with limited space for sitting and chatting with family. 2. Inadequate space for luggage storage. 3. Poor quality toilet tissue. 4. Non-functional hairdryer, despite reporting the issue.
