Reasonable price with good location nearly underground Queensway and Bayswater. The room is very clean and facilities are well. Highly recommend for your next adventure!

Nice location. Great service. Hotel concierge Mr. Caner is warm and friendly. Air conditioner in the room is a little bit hard to adjust. Otherwise everything is fine.

LikedThere was a good choice for breakfast and the location was ideal with plenty of amenities close to the hotel.
DislikedThe staff were sometimes slow to clear your plates away from the table at breakfast an additional beverage machine would be a good idea for tea and coffee - it was busy and sometimes the beverage machine stopped working which then took extra time to get tea/ coffee but the staff were quick to respond with flasks of hot water and coffee.
