LikedThe service standards here are very high, my stay here has been very comfortable and well serviced. Thank you to the great team work. From the concierge to room service is exceptional. Bathtub and shower in the toilet was delightful.

LikedThe hotel staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, I believe for the price they can do better, also there is many places close to the hotel that provide better breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfy, the location is close to Dubai mall by taxi and also 18 to 20 minutes from Jumeriah Palm.
Dislikedthe bathroom towels are pit old (very clean) but over used.
