DislikedHad an issue getting security deposit refunded but It was resolved then so can't fault the hotel in general

LikedI really liked the room I got the view of the lake was excellent and the hotels location is prime. I was close to everywhere I wanted to go and if not it was a short ride there. The facilities in the hotel were great I love the gym, there is so much I can do to keep up with my health routine. I also love the breakfast at this hotel and the bar within the hotel are great!Everything was kept clean for the most part and as usual I had a lovely stay.
DislikedThere were some issues related to miscommunication that left my room uncleaned one day. However the staff was very gracious and came up to clean it right away. The staff was kind and cordial and I always felt respected as a guest.

DislikedI would've like to know the kind of coffee pot and that they had an electric tea pot. Wouldve brought my own tea bags etc as I like decaf
