Most of all, the staff especially cleaners were very polite, helpful and friendly. Excellent location very close JBR beach. The room was very clean and we had a comfortable stay that's why I decided to stay 1 more night. What I didn't like to be honest was when I asked them if we can re-heat our left-over and they refused because it wasn't bought from the hotel restaurant. I'm not blaming hotel staff because they're just following protocols, but I hope this would be heard by the management for we all know that all you want is your guests to be well accommodated and this is something your guests might want to happen as well. More power and God bless

The room that I booked has a balcony as described in the picture, but when I arrived there was no balcony and it was very small, it wasn't as the picture at all

The hotel is very well located close to the Walk. The hotel staff works as a team and will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. My sincere thanks to all the Staff including reception, concierge, restaurant, and security. A special thanks to Lydia for offering a late check out.
