I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The service was impeccable, always prompt and delivered with a smile. Dining at the hotel was a delight, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. LikedIt was very clean and tidy.
DislikedStaff were unsure of pool opening times, I was told by reception it was open until 8pm and when we went at 4pm we were told the pool was closed for a wedding - this upset my six year old daughter. Reception must be communicated with events.

DislikedI hadn’t realised it was so far from the airport but that’s more my fault. A bit tired for a 5* and £25 a night more I could have stayed at the Taj for the full 5* experience. I would say this was a good 4* with limited experience of accommodating international guests. I wouldn’t be unhappy if someone booked this hotel for me but I think in future I will go back to some old favourites
