LikedDecent, but not extremely convenient location. It is approximately 15 mins walking from all nearby Tube stations: Russel Sq, Kings Cross or Farrington. Our room was cleaned regularly and surprisingly, it wasn't too hot. Ability to store bags after checking out. Proximity to Postal Museum. Get the train ride there!

DislikedThe hotel is designed to squeeze in as many people as humanly possible, without violating unsustainable farming act. There are far too little facilities: * unless you're jetlagged coming from Japan and come down 6:00 sharp, breakfast is a pandemonium: you wait in front of the restaurant up to 30 mins to get seated, and then you get too friendly with the people seating around * elevators are always full when you want to use them; consider using them if you're on floors 6 and up - get the stairs otherwise * room were as small as possible to fit the beds. Apparently our room was "premium" - maybe for a hamster. * ... you get the feeling On top of that, the shower cabin has absolutely dreadful design. No matter how careful you are, it will flood whole bathroom, unless you scarify one of the towels, roll it and install a flood barrier. Hotel is already getting oldish. Carpets are not fresh anymore and are "discoloured" in places etc. There also is huge construction work around the corner...

LikedVery clean and well laid out

DislikedNothing, the only thing I would say is charging £25 per person for breakfast is a bit of a rip off, I appreciate we hadn’t booked in advance but to charge £50 for a couple is very expensive. The air con was there but didn’t work very well and wasn’t very cold on its coldest setting, would be very uncomfortable in the summer.
