LikedThe location of course. It is a five-minute walk to the wharf, and you can use the ferry to reach the heart of the city. It cost about $7 each trip.

DislikedFirstly, no accessibility was available. In case you need you must climb about twenty stairs to reach the main corridor and use the elevator to reach the levels. Even on the above floors there were stairs you had to cross to reach your room. Secondly, the cleanness of the room was the main concern. nights I had to follow roaches and repel them before going to the bed

LikedLovely old building, tastefully decorated. Beautiful location will lovely walks close by. Regular ferries to Circular Quay - less than 10 minutes across the harbour. Very comfortable bed.

DislikedRoom had not been fully cleaned - bin not emptied - previous guest's belongings on the floor. The shower convertor (from overhead to handheld) was broken which was annoying as I did not wish to get my hair wet. Hotel rooms were mostly filled with guests for a wedding and unfortunately, they were VERY noisy, holding reunions outside my door at 6 am and talking to people on speaker on their phones, and allowing their kids to run heavily on the timber floors til late at night - that was not really the hotel's fault but did detract from the stay. All (and a few more things) were brought to the manager's attention before I left. I would still recommend the property overall.
