LikedThe bed, location and restaurant were all wonderful.

DislikedNo fan in the bathroom, no ice box to get ice on our floor, very basic hotel. The hottub was very very old and needs to be replaced. They double charged me for rhe room but called hours later and fixed it. And for the price we paid it should have been better.

LikedThis is a perfect resting spot Great location-best airport shuttle in Cancun After 25 years of trying I found the right airport hotel

DislikedThe only issue was ice machine not working and they quickly fixed that by getting us ice from the bar

LikedThe shuttle service and the personnel is great. The entrance looks inviting and nice, very close to the airport, which is nice if you have an early flight the next morning. In general the room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable so far.

DislikedSadly, it is cleaned very superficial. From pubic hairs next to the shampoo bottle, to shower heads clogged due to lime, to stains on surfaces from drinks from previous guests, flooring that had visibly some liquid spilled that was not cleaned (transparent, but the reflection from the light was revealing it) to having the room booked for 3 people and just having one towel to shower (we called the service and they told us to bring us some tomorrow, which we declined since we arrived late and had to leave at 5:30AM). Finally we did get towels and it was not the worst point, but definitely weird (the first response).

LikedAll of the staff were very nice and they made us feel welcome. They were very helpful even after we checked out and all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Your front desk people were wonderful
