LikedThe rooms were clean

DislikedIf you are an Indian traveler, you might want to avoid staying in this hotel. I have faced discriminatory incidents by the staff multiple times in the presence of the shift managers and they haven't done much about it. The front desk is not helpful and the staff is extremely rude.

LikedThe staff were amazing and so helpful. Very attentive, going the extra mile to help with missing luggage. Good choice of options on the breakfast buffet.

DislikedI'd have said the room was expensive for a city in the UK. Given that I took 14 people out for dinner for 50% of the cost of one night at this hotel shows that it might not be the best value for money.
