DislikedFood at pool was prepackaged and appeared old. Had to send one back because is was far from fresh

I’m always warmly welcomed into this hotel. Thank you Oscar for a lovely warm check in process. Hotel is always so clean with great personable service. I’ve been coming here a few times a year for the past 5 years and the service and quality only get better. Amazing pool with great cocktails. Thank you Dulce for the nice chats and warm welcome.
