Perfect 5 star hotel. Free shuttle to Bali Collection shops every hour as well. Wouldn't reccomend buying drinks, two small coffee cup watermelon juices cost $8 each, and plain water $6. Get the buffet breakfast though ! That's incredible!!

LikedBeautiful property with endless pools to relax, their Indonesian restaurant was tasty, staff were absolutely wonderful and the room was comfortable and spacious for our small family.

DislikedWe were right next to the resorts outdoor venue space and it was LOUD. Although it was strictly turned off by 10pm, we would have appreciated if they told us prior that it would be that loud for 3 out of our 4 nights. With young kids it would be better placed somewhere else in the resort.

LikedThe hotel was so crowded and food at all of their restaurants are bad compared to other hotels in Nusa Dua area. Service was not as good as before as we stay often at this hotel. Also this hotel needs renovation soon.

DislikedFood and beverages, the room doesnt even have wine glasses, no coffee machine unlike other 5 stars hotel in Nusa Dua

LikedThe best breakfast ever. Was full for 6 hours. The place is well maintained. We were given late check-out, as it was available. The problems described below were fixed by the engineering team. It's an excellent hub for water sports.

DislikedThe toilet door was extremely loud and bathroom door was stuck. They did not manage to fix the first day (I suspect they did not send in the right guys), but they did fix it the second day. The check-in was so-so, as apparently none of my cards were good enough for them, so I was not able to make a deposit for the running account. I stayed at 5 other resorts in Bali and had no such issues anywhere else. I agree with some other reviews saying that when they have weddings, the rest of the service might suffer.
