DislikedWE did not get the room we booked for the first night as none were available. We were put in a king suite on the ground floor and in the back of the hotel. We received a king suite on the 6th floor starting the second night, but it had no jetted hot tub. The hotel will not guarantee you get what you paid for no matter what your booking company tells you. We lost a whole day waiting for a decent room and the hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this reservation!

DislikedDidnt like the resort fee that was additional - they also under charged us the resort fee so we had to pay again/more when we were leaving

DislikedThe front desk people barely speak English. Upon check-in, I gave the confirmation number of my reservation and told them that I needed to add one more person. I originally paid for only 3 people. The guy said it only showed that I reserved and paid for 2people only. He asked me for a paper copy of the booking. I handed him my phone with that shows it. He said I had to send an email with that screen shot. That is crazy! From all the travels I have had, this is the first time that the data they have didn't match the data that my email confirmation details show. So I paid for the extra 4th person. At the time we are to check out, they gave me an invoice in the room to pay 2 more people. I was so upset and went to ask them politely why I am being billed again and worst for 2 additional people. It was so frustrating. They apologize and blamed their computer system for the error. Worst ever experience!
