DislikedToilet. And sewers smell of water in the room.

LikedThe hotel was clean and had a nice vibe. The location right near the tram line was good and straight into the centre.

DislikedThe rooms felt really cramped when getting dressed and ready if sleeping on window side of bed struggle to sit and all clothes in under bed storage so when trying open the draw had to move both of us out of the way. It was a strange room. The toilet was quite claustrophobic also.

LikedQuirky & interesting interior decor in room & entire hotel; very friendly & helpful staff; good access to Metro, Buses & Trams; bicycles available for rental; good breakfast spread and lunch/dinner options at the cafe; interesting books and decor for sale at the shop; Beautiful views from the rooms on the right hand side (especially at night); Very high tech hotel with everything (check in, check out, scheduling room cleaning, controlling lights, temperature & TV) managed via the CitizenM app on the iPad placed in the room.

DislikedThe room layout, especially the toilet, as keeping it clean was quite difficult! The toilet and shower are in 2 different cylindrical enclosures in the middle of the room. This makes walking through the room similar to doing an obstacle course! Also, the layout contributes to making the room seem small. Apart from this, nothing else to dislike.
