LikedStaff was excellent. I left my cell phone at check-in & the agent brought it up to my room 2 minutes later. Can't beat that for service. Location was great, upscale area, convenient to Dupont circle metro a few blocks away. Outdoor dining nearby.

LikedThe location of the hotel is hard to beat, very central, easy to get to a lot of thriving neighborhoods of DC.
DislikedThe room I was in was incredibly noisy. A lot of unexpected banging throughout the night and early morning, likely due to being adjacent to the service elevator. I did not get a good night's sleep on any of the nights I was there.
