LikedThe gym was exceptional and the room was okay.

DislikedScreaming women in the hallway at 2:30 am across from our room.

LikedBeing downtown is a bonus. Attractions are within walking distance. The neighbourhood has good vibes. The bed sheets are crisp, the towels plentiful and the view of CN Tower while in the pool fabulous. The pool facility and exercise machine room were appreciated. The sit down restaurant served a very good coffee and breakfast.

DislikedThe approach to the underground parking should have been explained. Only "parking available" was mentioned. At least warn drivers that the approach to ramp must be made facing east on Gerrard. There was no warning about the non-existence of a small fridge in room. Coffee and tea amenities are very sparse ... paper cups! no real cream! no real coffee! no coffee machine! A hot water kettle does not cut it. Pillow quality needs improvement. The carpet is too dingy, too old and just too unhealthy looking. The city view was of construction sites. The reception floor is a maze of elevators, exits and hallways with only street names over entry doors indicating access to outside .... no north south east west clarification.
