DislikedAccess to Panwa restaurant poor due to wedding, corporate event and photo shoot. Fish buffet very poor quality and lacking variety.

DislikedReception staff were very good, friendly and efficient. But a lot of the staff were badly trained and badly organised. Maybe the hotel is going through a transition. The place looks a bit tired.

A nice resort with a nice sea view . But the location is tricky , far from the town and the airport. Nothing much to do and visit outside the hotel. The facilities are okay. Staff very nice. Various food options and the breakfast is great. The only problem for me is the water . The first room I stayed didn’t have water at all, after they came to fix, the water was with a lot dirt inside and the colour is yellow. Apparently the water pipe has issues. They fixed 3 times but couldn’t fix it. So they upgraded me to another room. There is no dirt in the water now, but when you fill the bath tub, the water is still yellow, which make me uncomfortable to shower with it. I’ve heard water is an issue in many area in Phuket. But as a high standard resort, they should fix this issue to improve the customer experiences.

Likedbreakfast and room was nice but beach was not great really loved the band & music they played spa was great
Dislikedwish beach was nicer it would be good if the spa is open till later

LikedReally good hotel with perfect beach. Perfect place for romantic vacation.
DislikedHotel need renovation and price for a night is to big.
