LikedClean, centrally located, great breakfast, helpful staff. Included in our stay was a trip to the Murano glass factory and showroom where we were able to purchase some gifts.

DislikedA little loud at night since we were on one of the larger canals. But still comfortable.

LikedThe breakfast was very good we were in a suite three adults two Lg beds I had sofa bed ? comfort taking into consideration this property is over 800 yrs old it was nicely updated. the Ladies at the desk were Supper helpful. They took care of dinner reservations at a fine near by restaurant, took care to order our car and porter when we were ready to depart. It was a delight to work with all staff. Having been in the Limousine business for over 20 years as one of San Francisco's and world wide finest companies working with many of the most important people in the world I know what service means. I highly recommend this establishment for those seeking Fine accommodations.

LikedA unique experience being able to watch the traffic on the Grand Canal from the windows of our room and while having breakfast. Characterful, civilized and friendly.

DislikedSuffering the strain and indignity of lugging heavy suitcases through the winding streets from car park to hotel and back, having scoffed at the €150 each way charge for the hotel to transfer them. Nevertheless, I've ended up ticking the extra-smiley-face icon for value-for money - that's relative for Venice!
