Cambria Hotel New Orleans Downtown Warehouse District

LikedThe area was fine. It’s best to park and walk everywhere because parking is expensive. I think we paid $80 or $90 for 3 days for it to sit until Monday then we parked across the street for Monday and left Tuesday. We walked everywhere or got on the trolley. It was my first time there and I enjoyed it until my money was stolen for the deposit.

DislikedThe only problem I had, I called multiple times about my deposit being returned, and every time I spoke with someone they would say it was sent out after check out but he didn’t even ask who I was or when did I check out or anything, I told them I’ve spoke to both banks and neither have anything pending which means it wasn’t sent out and my money was stolen. I checked out 4/2 and I still don’t have a returned deposit and it’s 4/28 as I’m typing this.

DislikedValet driver crashed my car. They refuse any liability. Do not use them. They will lie through their teeth straight to your face. I am sure there will be some rubbish posted after this by management but expect to be let down by a shonky operator

LikedThis was the best hotel experience Ive had in a long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Hotel employee was helpful and got my car taken care of. The hotel is located on a calm street, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
