LikedLocation is brilliant right on the strip. Hotel is beautiful, immaculate and all the staff are helpful. Pools are lovely. Great atmosphere in the hotel. The view from the room of the fountain was amazing.
DislikedSunbeds at the pool are taken early but no one on them just towels being left on them. Would like to have had tea/coffee facilities in the room. Shower is quite dated. .

DislikedI stayed at the Colosseum Tower and only one elevator was working during my stay. Waiting for the lift for more than 10-15 min when you are on a business schedule was unacceptable. I had to take the service elevator a few times.

DislikedThe express check in was useless. Waited over an hour with no response to my room readiness. Had to wait in line for the check in lobby. Wasted a lot of my time.
