DislikedIt takes almost two hours for checking in which is quite unreasonable. The receptionist was not very polite and helpful to deal with problems. The amenities are too old for a 5 stars hotel with this price range.

DislikedWas incredibly upset to turn up to check-in for our one night stay at Caesers to be told that our rooms were given away and we wouldn’t be staying there because ‘many one night reservations were being removed’ . This was particularly frustrating considering we’d travelled all the way from the UK, and specifically chose months in advance to treat ourselves and stay at this iconic hotel. The staff did compensate our night and essentially transferred our booking to the partner hotel/casino the Horseshoe, which whilst did mean we had somewhere to stay, it was certainly not the experience we set out for. It would have been nice to have had correspondence in advance about the room situation so we might have had time to negotiate a different room setup i.e all share a larger room as a group of 4 - it seemed incredibly unfair to have been told at the check-in desk. Additionally we’d just got our car parked in the Caesers car park, lugged our bags quite far to the desk, to then have to lug them 20mins away to the other hotel

DislikedI had to wait for about an hour before being served at the check-in desk. Everyone in the line seemed visibly upset about the lengthy wait. The staff member, Jason, did not apologize for the delay; instead, he made me feel as though checking me in was a favor. It took him approximately 40 minutes to check in my family of four, whereas a few days earlier, the staff at the Venetian Hotel managed to check us in within about 10 minutes, at a similar time of day. Additionally, although I had paid for a room with a view of the strip, I did not receive one, and the other room, which was supposed to have two queen beds, only had one king bed instead.

LikedLoved the location...central to what we were planning to do. Bright, clean and large beautiful setting. Room was beautiful, bed comfortable and room quiet for sleeping. Restaurants plentiful. Loved the security measures to get into hotel elevator area.

DislikedDisappointed that not all add on fees presented at time of booking. Paying an EXTRA $52 per night for internet and fitness center we did not use upsetting. Requested early check in and unaware there is an added fee for early check in. Again unaware. We did upgrade and we're given a discount for arriving early but still paid an additional fee. Would have liked the info up front. Never understand why price shown for booking doesn't include all the additional fees and taxes.
