Good location and amenities. Rooms (unless you get an updated one) are old and tired. There is construction next door that starts early in the morning so there's no sleeping in (this will be ongoing for years). This is not a luxury hotel, but will do the job if your looking for a downtown location at a more reasonable rate.

LikedThe location was great
DislikedWe had no heat in our room, so we called the front desk to get it fixed and they said because of the mild weather they shut the heat off. The front desk told us not to worry the heat would be turned back on. My wife and I froze the whole night with no heat. We actually considered going down to sleep in the lobby where the heat was on. You would think when you book a room heating and cooling should be part of what you’re paying for. I guess not, we will not be staying there in the future!

DislikedBuffet was expensive , there is couple of caffe or Danny’s location near by (5-6 minutes walk distance) would be a better option and more value for your money.

LikedThe location was great. Was only a 30-minute walk from the rogers center and 5 minutes from the eaton center. The room was great, and the bed was so comfy. The staff there were so helpful and very polite. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better weekend in Toronto.
