LikedVery nice hotel only stayed for 1 night

LikedThe staff were amazing and location to museums and tram stop were great

DislikedThe front steps were rough with large luggage but there is a metal Outdoor lift I am assuming for the handicapped patron

LikedClean and had a very upscale charm. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. Great location! Very walkable to the market, great restaurants and shopping.

DislikedVery outdated TV. They need to update to smart TVs. It would be nice to have room service for ice delivery instead of us having to go to the bar to get it.

Liked-comfortable beds -Good location and connection with the city centre - rooms cleaned every day - umbrellas available in case of rain - small gift received by checking out -Big rooms -lovely staff at the reception desk -gym available

Disliked-there is only 1 lift in a whole hotel, which is often used by the staff (they keep the door open on one floor) which is ridiculous especially during the breakfast time - staff gossiping around about the guests (at the bar during breakfast) - waiters sneaking slowly to your table from your back to take the empty plates without any interaction at all - miserable choice of food on the breakfast - there is a ventilation hole in the room which blows with freezing air

LikedThis stylish hotel is on one of the outer canals of Amsterdam, not too far to walk to the Rijksmuseum, a decent walk into the central city. It is conveniently located on a tram line from the central terminal, so use that to get to the hotel rather than an overpriced taxi.

DislikedThere was no free breakfast, and not a convenient location to get breakfast right near by.
