Not the greatest of beds. Was ok, thin pillows, crisp sheets. Attentive staff, nice pool area (salt water), loud music in the bar. Excellent location. Prices are much higher during Jazz Fest, but ok value

This hotel is in a great location! It’s easy to walk to so many different places. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The only negative, was it was extremely loud outside of our room at night (from bars, street)

I am a business owner and stayed for 4 nights to be close to my business. This is not my first stay here. Only thing I wish was available was more evening food. The food at the bar is ok but maybe a better variety. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place and the staff are Aplus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful with getting us a quiet room. The location is awesome! It is on Bourbon Street so the party is just outside. The hotel bar has fantastic drinks and live entertainment. We were a short walk away from everything we wanted to see. The front desk arranged a taxi for us to the airport at 4am.

Stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The location is hard to beat, of course, but we loved the decor, the concierge, and the staff as well. Would stay again.
