The rooms are spacious, the hotel staff very helpful and the location is quite convenient. Only reservation is the proximity of a trendy bar that can be a little loud at time. If you are an early sleeper, they provide ear plugs FOC! All in all, PERFECT!

You truly pay for what you get! It’s so luxurious here. Their rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast was a small selection but good in quality. The hospitality was sooo good! The swimming pool was small but sufficient. I would say the location was fantastic! And yes it’s as gorgeous as the pictures!

Enjoyed the room and the hotel design was beautiful. Great for non smokers as this hotel has a very strict no smoking policy. If you’re a smoker and need to smoke when you’re doing your toilet business then just choose another hotel or else you’ll have to pay 10 million VND and being terrorize by the staff. Usually other hotels would collect the fine when you checkout, but this hotel require you to pay on the day itself and will continue to chase for payment even though your stay is for another 5 nights as if you’ll magically disappear without paying. Even after confirming that we will make payment, they still came to the room the next day to check on our room and said that it’s still smelly even though we didn’t smoke anymore. I mean not fully blaming the hotel as it’s our fault for breaking the hotel policy, but I think the staff didn’t handle it well as we felt very terrorize after that. Definitely felt like my 20million VND was so not worth spending, would rather spend it elsewhere.
