DislikedI did not like the Jamaican restaurant from the hotel. There should be live music around the main pool every day. Night life is poor.

LikedThe room was comfortable, I liked the balcony set-up. The amenities were good.

DislikedThe breakfast options at the restaurants that were actually open for breakfast were limited. The service and quality standard needs to be set higher to provide a more unforgettable experience for guests. The quality of the food was ok. Facilities and infrastructure in need of some maintenance. Whereas i agree with the no use of plastic straws, an alternative can be offered especially for the frozen drinks. Bartenders need training on drink recipes. I had issues with the programming for the key to open room door as well as issues with the lights, it was reported but maintenance did not arrive until the next day.

DislikedThere as been a limitation of the variety of food by the mahogany restaurant which disappointed me. My last stay in December 2022, that restaurant was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE which made me recommend just about EVERYONE to that resort the moment they asked for the best hotel to stay…. Please bring back that restaurant up to standard.
