LikedThe location was great. The gym had some good equipment. The staff was very helpful, gave me an upgrade, The staff called Alester provided an amazing service. Without the staff and the location I would have give this place lower rating.

DislikedVery dsappointing for a 4 star hotel: The room was so dusty I had allergies for hours. The hallways and floors are dirty. There was no luggage bench/holder to unpack your suitcase. The light above the bed only worked once in a while. Many of the gym equipment is fixed by duck tape.... The spa costs extra money.... 15 euro per hour. The phone line of the Restaurant was out of service... The food from the restaurant was poor quality and expensive for what it was. I got a 90min massage but only got 75 minutes then got kicked out of the spa closing at 8:45pm even though they say 9pm. No channel in English included on the TV.

LikedGreat location, okay room with all the needed things inside, cleaners did a good job as well as reception staff.

DislikedThe breakfast was probably the worst part of the hotel. Not only it was always dirty and all the tables were not being cleaned, but the staff seemed to do everything else but clean the tables. This in the end left everyone coming in to freeze and not know where to sit or where to get the cutlery from. And this was not a one of, because this happened every single morning we were there. Maybe the price for the night was quite high also, but the place of the hotel was quite central and the connections were good for the metro, so that could be a reason.
