The lobby of hotel is more like a office lobby than a hotel with 3 chairs, no locked room for your bags either. If I were to wander in, I wouldn't think that this is a hotel. Also no bathroom on 1st floor, only 4th floor. Room itself is spacious and big but it dated. Though bathroom shower had been updated. Cost is quiet high considering it was a Monday. We paid more than $300 USD. City view is alley view of roof top. Fortunately, no drug users outside the area we walked.

The place was in the perfect location, close to the sky train and within walking distance to everything we wanted. The onsite gym with 25m swimming pool was exceptionally nice.

LikedThe accommodations were lovely and the hotel was clean and modern. A quiet room on the top floor and a partial view of the water. Close to everything and worth the extra cost to be so close to the cruise ship terminal. Was very happy that they were able to accommodate a slightly early check-in.

DislikedPerhaps it was just me and it's more nitpicky, but the coffee machine in our room only had espresso pods. And for such an upscale hotel, I was expecting a more "ostentatious" entrance. I didn't realize it was the hotel until I read the unobtrusive plaque next to the door.
