Walking distance to metrorail, metromover, trolley, Brickell Village. Hotel front desk staff are courteous and friendly. Room ready notice via email worked well for us. Would stay again. A footnote, it's been more than two weeks since we checked out, and the $200 hold is still pending on my credit card. I don't know if it is because Novotel forgot to close the transaction or if Visa neglected to remove it. Since it is on my credit card, therefore I don't mind. If someone uses a debit card when checking in, that could be an issue.

LikedEverything was perfect. Staff was very nice, helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location both close to MIA airport as well as Brickell Loop which gets you to Downtown in minutes. Close to Little Havana too.
