Poorly designed rooms - I expect small guest rooms in NYC but the layout was poorly thought out. Also the rooms smelled badly of mildew. I thought maybe it would get better when they came in to clean the room but the smell never went away. Perhaps they just replaced towels and didn't clean the bathroom. Also - the hotel prioritized non-guests who were there to go to the rooftop bar over guests. I was a four-night guest and the sent me to the end of a 20 minute elevator queue loaded with people here just for the bar. For good sakes, if you can't manage your elevator volume, at least give your damn guests a separate line so they can get to their rooms. Not only will I never come back here, I plan on posting on several ratings board with my horrible experience
