DislikedPool was dirty, the water color is actually green and not blue. Bathrooms need proper refurbishment and air conditioner wasn’t working well, room was way too hot. Also only 1 out of 3 lifts was out of order, so a bit of a queue to the ground floor.

LikedThe location is great. Few minutes walk to Silom street. Nice swimming pool (for taking photos, not for swimming since it’s quite a bit small and often crowded)
DislikedThe gym is the worst one I ever experienced in a 5-stars hotel. Only one treadmill, a few dumbbell. It looks like an abandoned gym. I would never come back if the hotel don’t upgrade it Breakfast is almost the same during our 5-days stay
