Disliked1- the hotel & booking charged twice for the booking, once through booking.com and then toward the end of my stay the hotel deducted the same amount but they returned it back after my complaint 2- we got a room that is super humid and they couldn't change it for us until after 2 days 3- to be fair the hotel manager did his best to accommodate to our complaints but the entire experience didn't feel it is adding up correctly

LikedI booked the hotel reservation for my visit visa application and I am not successful with the visa approval due to not met the requirement and they deduct my payment of reserved booking without any stay. DislikedI am disappoint to this kind of policy at least you can deduct some amount not to the actual without any stay. I am suggesting to make a clear policy for payment procedure for the hotel reservation.

LikedVery comfortable room and bed. Well equipped. Pool was good if a little small and surround very pleasant for sitting in sun or shade.
