LikedWe loved the location (very central to Ubud yet quiet little oasis with rice fields, birds and animals). The spa was gorgeous.
DislikedI would look into the quality of the food at breakfast. The menu looked good but the results were underwhelming (processed cheese was the low side).

DislikedI came at the hotel after very long trip at 01:00 am, and when i wanted to check in i was surprised that they don’t have any booking under my name and they let me wait 1 hour waiting to find me a room then to check out from that room again to look another available room the next day it put me in so much stress and disappointment because i came for work and i have to be awake the next day at 6 am and come back to hotel 19:00 pm. Next time please try to improve the communication between bookings and the hotel.

LikedAmazing service and facilities. I have to highly commend the front desk Ibu Dwi for her outstanding service! So much patience and care with WhatsApp messaging making sure that our group of 21 ppl are well taken care of. Absolutely wonderful. We had a great stay! Thank you.
