LikedSpacy appartment. Next to a train station, connecting to the Metro network after 2 stops. The neighbourhood; this hotel is situated next to a cycle and walking path which starts from the hospital down to the Aurelia station.

DislikedIn a room of 4, instead of 2 single beds, we had to split ourselves the couch from its foldable bed, and prepare them. No cleaning service received during 7 days. Only clean towels delivered every 4th day of stay by the room service. Several key things missing which should be covered when you pay 200+ per day (excluding any meal and city taxes ... ) Very poor (optional) breakfast charged 18euro per person per day (more expensive than a pizza dinner for 4 in the next door restaurant ... ). Bonus: On top of the building operates a mobile network antenna. If i knew this alone, i would had definitely not chosen it.

DislikedFirst of all, this is not a hotel, although it is called one. They do not provide clean towels (you need to pay for them), or change the bed linen. Apparently only when you stay a week? I don’t know which normal person uses a bathroom towel for a week, it is ridiculous. The bed mattress is hard (each on their own, but not comfortable for me), our room thermostat was broken, and it was a constant 27 degrees in the room. Which meant we needed to sleep with our windows open, which was noisy. And then the window drapes are not long enough, not covering the windows. We couldn’t sleep in any of the nights, because of the noise and light in the morning. Nothing was possible to be done, told by reception staff. They have a little supermarket, but then it is closed at 11pm. No mini bar or what so ever, so if you are thirsty after 11, you can’t get any drinks. Even though there is 24 reception, and it is 11.15pm… it was too late to get some water. (Customer service???) Then I have opted for “pay later - pay at the hotel”, and paid more money for that through this app. But 5 days ahead of the stay, the property took money out of my card, without any warning. Then they wanted a 50 euros deposit? I do not understand why, cause there is no mini bar and nothing valuable to steal from the room. They clearly love to take your money, but customer service is non-existent. The property is as well miles away. There is a train next door, but it only takes you with 2 trains to Termini (40min!) and then you still need to walk 15min into the center. Not worth the little less you pay for staying here. Property one of the worst experiences.
