LikedThe hotel is very well located. We walked almost everywhere. The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was comfortable. However, please make sure to ask for a room not located on Corso Buenos Aires since that street is very noisy. The staff was very nice, kind and always with a smile.
DislikedIn the room we did not have any conditionner nor a soap bar. We only had shampoo and shower gel. When you forget your conditionner, you hope you will find some in the room. Also, we did not have an iron nor an ironing board. I really think it's an essential thing to have in a hotel room.

I always stay here and am never disappointed. Excellent breakfast with good facitilites. The location is perfect as it is right at the metro for easy train access to all parts of Milan. It is in a great shopping strip with lots of great restaurants very close too. The prices have gone up in the last year or two due to major renovations. This hotel is now quite expensive, but, if you can afford it, an excellent hotel to stay in.

Booked this hotel and was so pleased by the kind and helpful staff but it really disappointed us in a few key ways. The first is that the room could never get below 75 degrees and while we were told that was an issue with Milan, that was never our experience at the other places we stayed. We asked 3x for help fixing it and while the employees tried SO hard, no one knew how to work the system and they ended up sending us a portable fan. Nothing like full-body sweating to ignite the romance. We got a couples massage and while mine was great, my gf’s was honestly strange? The massage therapist was very friendly but my gf described it like “It’s like he had a massage once and thought ‘I can do this…’ and ended up doing weird inconsistent percussive movements that were NOT relaxing. Then the bed itself was hard as a rock. Neither of us slept well as the bed was actually hard enough to cause hip pain and the pillows were all too thick. Lastly, and admittedly a silly one but the Roberto Cavalli soap and lotion smell SO good and yet there was no shampoo or conditioner. It just felt a little cheap not to have it when it’s so standard everywhere else? Overall I was disappointed based on the price of the room.
