LikedNice Hotel, good location.

DislikedVery rude (extremely) staff, blocked the access card at midnight and wouldn't unblock it until we showed them some documents. We were tired and wanted to sleep and do the paperwork the next day. They refused and we had to provide everything immediately. I have never experienced such a ridiculous approach. Horrible customer experience.
