LikedWe received an upgrade on arrival with the biggest bathroom we’ve ever seen. Reception team were great on arrival and check out (and booking us a taxi back to the ferry!).

DislikedNot the hotel’s fault, but it’s halfway up the hillside so lots of walking into the town - but this made us fitter!

LikedWe loved the location, beautiful property, the staff went above and beyond what we were expecting. Very well kept and comfortable.

DislikedThere was quite a bit of sand/dirt on the floors and the shower floor was very slippery!!

LikedThe views from the terrace and dining room are incredible, and it is a short walk away from the center of Capri or from the big marina where the ferries arrive (though with luggages it is better to take a taxi up). We got upgraded into a bigger room for our one-week stay which was a great help since there was an additional chair and a desk.

DislikedPoor breakfast options, shower and AC malfunctioning, difficult communication with the staff, and all the work seems to be loaded on one single person (food serving, room cleaning, request handling).
