LikedIt was a good location as very easy to get back on motorway and close to shopping centre to allow us to get water for the room. It was also good to have available parking.

DislikedThe room was paid in advance but staff queried this and asked for a payment. While the money was re credited this was only after insisting that the room had been paid for. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. The room was clean and adequate, it was also bit disappointing that not 1 bottle water was included for the price of the room. Nor were there tea or coffee making facilities available. The bed was one of the worst I have encountered , it was uncomfortable and made squeaky noise with every movement. Breakfast was ok but they had not really options for people with food allergies.
