Our stay at the Leonardo was essentially perfect. The hotel is well-located, well-appointed, and the staff were consistently excellent. My only minor gripe was that the breakfast room can be difficult to access for those with mobility issues, but everything else was first rate. We will return often.

At first we got room 113 which was horrible, nothing like on photos, we asked to change our room. Staff changed it to 509, at first sight it was better but unfortunetely we had to checkout 2 nights before, because of huge mold on the walls. I had 3 sleepless nights because I couldn’t breathe because of the mold. Smell was terrible, almost everything (furniture, mirror, table) was damaged. Rooms are very poor finished. I’ve slept in hundreds of hotels and this was the worst one. I’d give maximum of 2 stars. No wonder why other people also rate it like that. Staff was good, they returned money for 2 nights that we already checked out before.

LikedAmazing staff and accomodations. Room was small but well laid out with a great balcony. The front desk was helpful with getting taxis and suggestions for restaurants. Breakfast was on site with a well laid out buffet. Great energy and decor too.
DislikedThe hotel was not in the city center so we needed to taxi anywhere but not an issue. Right next to the Termini train station which was convenient too.
