LikedThe hotel is at a prime location of the city near the shopping hubs and city attractions. Room was big in size with all amenities in place. Breakfast is served at a dining room on first floor. The spread is good and filling.

DislikedHeating was switched off that made the stay a bit uncomfortable due to rainy and cold weather. Hotel followed the calendar for heating but did not factor the freak cold weather. Heating control should be based on weather predictions of low temperatures and not calendar wise.

LikedEasy to walk to from the train station, and located just off a beautiful plaza and church basilica. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious.

DislikedThe elevator started one floor up (but I was quickly offered help to carry my bag up the one flight).
