LikedBreakfast was lovely and location was nice and quiet and in easy reach of the centre.

DislikedThe only problem for our stay was the way the air conditioning was set up. It wasn’t on during the night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We were able to open windows, which resulted in mosquitoes. The staff gave us electronic repellents to help, and this did help the situation.

LikedLocation is perfect especially when you arrive with a car (paid parking) and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and I received an upgrade which was very nice! The room was spacious as was the bathroom, all clean.

DislikedThe dinner/ breakfast area is somewhat simple and the coffee could have been better for an Italian hotel. I prefer to sleep with window open but could not 'fix' the window to not open fully (barricaded it now with my suitcase :-))

LikedThis hotel in a perfect quiet location across the river from the train station and within walking distance from the heart of Florence. The rooms were clean and nice and the complementary breakfast provided each morning was excellent.

DislikedThe room was warm but we also stayed there between seasons (Winter and Spring) so they probably did not switch the unit from heat to air. We just opened the window and it was fine.
