LikedThis hotel in a perfect quiet location across the river from the train station and within walking distance from the heart of Florence. The rooms were clean and nice and the complementary breakfast provided each morning was excellent.
DislikedThe room was warm but we also stayed there between seasons (Winter and Spring) so they probably did not switch the unit from heat to air. We just opened the window and it was fine.

DislikedThe hotel is not well maintained, and the room was a disappointment. The shower was TINY and the grout was not cleaned and the general room seemed very 'lived in'. The design is not as nice in person, but there are some cool features in the lobby area.

This hotel was quirky with the art and lights in the wall, but I loved it! The breakfast had many options. I would have liked to have been a little closer to the river, but we were able to walk to several attractions and everything worked out fine for us.
