LikedRoom. Bathroom, bed.

DislikedTv is outdated and very small. Can't control ac. At night there are lots of scary people out. They stay very late and make loud noises. I could not sleep because of that. Windows is not soundproof. In your breakfast buffet you are missing olives...cucumber

DislikedIt was 26 degrees outside, but they didn’t want to turn on AC when we asked them to. The shower didn’t work properly, the roof one was weak pressure on and the hand hold splashed water all over the place. When we told the reception they told us we used it wrong.

LikedHotel is very convenient for Rome Termini station. Like most big cities the area around main railway stations is not the best, but equally it’s not bad either. Hotel is large with decent facilities and good sized rooms. Everything was very clean.

DislikedBreakfast was fine but the layout of the room is a bit of a logistical mess with everyone having to crowd round one relatively small space to get to the buffet. I imagine the staff who are trying to replenish the dishes must find it a pain. The scrambled egg was cold both times I tried it but otherwise everything was fine.
