DislikedTo provide a room with terrible pillows so flat . No cups to have a cup of tea. No milk provided. The room safe did not work. The room service ordered took over 1 hr and was cold and undercooked. The mini bat had a couple of drinks, no snacks. Very poor for a highly rated hotel .

DislikedPaid 200extra on a price for a real king bed that was already 300% higher bc of design week. No problem. Before going to room i asked if its real king, worker said yes. I come back late evening and see its not real king (2 mattress pushed next to each other). Didnt wanna change rooms, was tired. Next morning i ask to refund me only the extra paid, but i only got some token discount. I was even gaslit by the worker that it is “normal” in Italy. First it is not, i stayed many years, she thought i am a dumb tourist. Second, they clearly advertised both options on booking and i paid extra. Mistakes can happen, refund the difference, it is not a favor. Even gave me her email and told me to message her next time. So i should book and then email her that i am the client to not be cheated?! Last time at that place and hotel chain. Been a loyal client for 5years. Even LDS not honest anymore ;(

LikedRoom was old but good. Housekeeping was also very good. We had breakfast and that also went well. Overall worth stay if you want value for money.

DislikedAll was good. Only thing , some renovation work was going on.
