Likedthe location is very central, just 7 minutes walk to the underground and around 15-20 to the Duomo. i loved the balcony and the easy checkin and checkout. the staff is very friendly and amazing.

Dislikedi could’ve given a solid 10, but i saw a cockroach in the bath. in general, it was clean, but the cockroach… and also the kettle was awful, it was just scary to use it. also, if you’re sensitive to sounds, you might have problems with the sleep because of the bad sound isolation, but for me personally it wasn’t a problem.

LikedLocation was great, clean and comfortable room.

DislikedSigns outside could be better as walked past it several times before seeing the sign.

LikedVery good place for visiting historical part of Naples. Room standard quite good for this part of City. You need to know that building is old.

LikedDOWNGRADED ROOM w/ no refund / PROBLEM MANAGEMENT I have reached out to booking.com, but they have not yet responded. We booked a triple room (larger space, 2 individual beds) for 2 people and was downgraded to a double room w/ a cot. This is NOT the same, by any stretch. The cot was horrific and uncomfortable - a total fraud, and unuseable. We passed the room we booked, and it was a good 2+ m longer. This hotel claimed that it was "the same thing' - no, no it's not. This is not what we booked at all. On top of this, the staff was a nuisance. No one was there upon arrival and our cabbie had to call the management, and then housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am after we messaged them re: the incorrect room.

DislikedWe weren't treated respectfully, and did not appreciate paying for a triple room and getting a double w/ constant refusal to make up the difference.
