LikedThe location is great as it takes less than 5min. by walk to get to the metro station and to a small convenience store to buy some food. The condo has enough kitchen ustensils if you don't cook anything fancy for 2-3 persons. The place is clean. The second bed is on the second floor so it is possible to have some privacy if you are more than 2 persons. I didn't meet the host but he was quick to respond by email.
DislikedEverything was good just as promised on the pictures and in the place description.

LikedPretty responsive and very kind host. Good location - depending on your preference, it is even within walking distance from major tourist attractions (like the dome). We loved walking into the downtown every day. And it was even better to have to walk back home after a mouthful dinner in the centre. It is also pretty close to the park (where Castello Sforzesco is located). There are also different public transport opportunities nearby if someone opts so.
DislikedAlthough there is a huge window, due to reconstructing the apartment into a two-story flat inside, staying downstairs where the bedroom is feels like being in the basement. The stairs to upstairs are also odd and pretty narrow. The bathroom felt like humid and moist (moldy) all the time as there was no proper ventilation.

LikedFantastic value for money and couldn't ask for a better location - bus stop one street away, and two metro stations within 10 minutes walk. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was decent and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and readily allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. We found it a lovely and stylish space for two people for a couple of nights, fab base for sightseeing in Milan, we would definitely stay again.
DislikedOne small thing - the shower has great pressure and temperature, but only provides about 10 minutes of hot water at a time. This just makes planning showers necessary if there's two of you, or if you have long hair to wash like me. However, with just a little forethought it wasn't a problem for us, and it wouldn't put me off staying again.
